Title: I want to play as Homer! I'm tired of Leonardo!

I tried a search, but couldn't find an answer. Is it possible to select the 3rd or 4th players in 4-player games (TMNT, Simpsons, etc.) where the character select is tied to the coin slot? Do you have to set up your controls so that you have a separate coin button for the 3rd and 4th slot and then just map their controls identically to the 2nd and 3rd player? I'm curious because my wife loves the 4-player games but is tired of using the same characters and I don't even have the cab finished yet...

There are 2 player rom sets available for these games. They allow you to select the character you want for any player.

Odd, I thought I had a full set and they didn't turn up in my list. They don't get recognized as clones, do they?

Yes, I believe they show up as clones of the 4 player version.

Ah, ok, I might have removed them thinking they were clones.

Thanks, now I can finally get back to swingin' fists with Homer instead of vacuums when I play The Simpsons alone.
