Ill have to see what games, I mostly used it for homebrew/backup
As far as what fishing controller, Im not sure, I think its in the pic
How can I tell what kind?

I think there was only one sega bass fishing controller for the fishing games and it was made by sega but I am not 100% sure.

There was more than 1 fishing controller made I do believe. There was a 3rd party one that I think I have somewhere...

Got everything in the mail today, thanks! Loved the box, by the way. My mother saw the "keep frozen" and "medical" stamps on there and thought it may have been body parts (she had read about that DHL issue were someone received a head by accident).
