Hi Guys, just an update- I recently signed a "new" Distributor in Arizona.

Larry in fact is not new - he has been around a while and is a great guy to deal with. He is also extremely competent in the service of our monitors as well as others.

Please feel free to contact Larry he has inventory of most of our models.

Here is his contact info:

I guess he would probably be the supplier for people in Colorado then?  How much does shipping vary by distance for an arcade monitor?

...if only someone you had someone in BOISE, ID....

...but then again,  there are less people in this entire STATE than in San Diego CITY so I understand.

Well, I'm just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah, so I'd assume this is the distributor that would be handling my area. I have a cabinet for my office and one for my boss left to build, so I'll keep this info saved.

Hello Gentlemen (and Ladies):

The rules for shipping tariffs are far more complicated than I could ever understand.  In general, distance is more important than minor differences in weight.  Monitors are heavy and cost more to ship than lighter objects.  Anything other than standard service is cost prohibitive.  Residential delivery is more expensive than commercial.

Our monitors are priced extremely aggressively.  It may cost less in total for us to get you a monitor than someone closer to you.

If you let me know, either here or by email, which monitor you are interested in and your zip code, I will return shipping charges.

Live in Kaysville and work in Sandy myself.  Nice to see another SLC guy around
I'll be saving this info as well.

I know Rick just made his cheap shipping offer for anyone interested, but I just wanted to report that I've sent in an order with Larry (who has been very responsive) for one of the 24.8" multisyncs. I've got to paint my cab still (waiting on my paint chip book, spraying auto paint), so it may be a few weeks before I can give a real "in-cab" report, but I'll be sure to share my experience as I know a lot of people are interested in these monitors.

I can tell you this, the level of personal service I've gotten has been great so far.  8)

Just to give you a little more info, the 24.8" tri-synch monitor is $426.  Shipping would add roughly $30 to $40 from Phoenix to Denver, Salt Lake City and/or Boise.  Have a great day.
