I have an extra mortal combat conversion kit I bought at an auction.
It has the boards, joysticks, buttons and wiring harness.
I installed one kit in a jamma cab that I have and it works well.
I used the existing wiring in my cab so I dont know about the harness that comes with the kit.
I tested the boards from the other kit and they work fine.
I have not yet decided what I am going to sell this kit for.

Is that including or not including the hard drive?

(I don't have one to offer. Just trying to clarify for other people.)
