Actually I am contemplating it, but I will make on offer to anyone in the OKC area.   If you win I will help you move.  At least to the point of making use of my truck and back.  It will be hard to convince me to carry that up any stairs.  

Anyone outside of 30 miles form OKC needs to check with me and confirm.

Any oh yeah, if I bid don't bid against me :-)
