Title: Matrox G100 card and a j-pac??Work ok??

Hey there any info will help...from what Ive been told the video card Ive got will output 15hz..Its a Matrox G100 4MB AGP Video Card....how well would this go with a j-pac and then into an old arcade monitor???For running classic games on a vertical monitor..Thanks in advance...
