Title: Mame Optimized Builds

I'm curious why the P4 Optimized version of Mame32 on this page (http://redump.emubase.de/mame.php) is only 7.83 MB in size, yet the P4 optimized version I've compiled myself is 27.3 MB. What the hell are they doing to get that filesize?
