Title: LEDs for beginners

Instructables has an excellent tutorial on how to wire up LEDs. With all the emphasis on illuminated buttons, i thought some might find it useful.

If you don't want to mess with resistors, you can just get automotive LED's and run them off the 12v (yellow lead) portion of your power supply.

Heh, I was more curious than anything. I'm getting my LEDs from GGG, so all the resistors will be a perfect match for my situation. I just wanted to know more about LEDs, resistors, and calculations.
