Just got my annual bonus, so I'm ready to blow it all on new controls finally!!!
I've been suffering with the following CP:
MiniPac interfacing the 3 crappy joysticks and 9 crappy buttons that came with the JAMMA cabinet I'm restoring/converting. :-[
My shopping list currently consists of:
2 - Balltop U360's
1 - TurboTwist 2
1 - Electric ICE-T trackball
1 - Happ mounting plate
a bunch of buttons - LED, standard, different colors, etc (want to try some different looks)
1 or 2 leaf switch converters to try out
Any suggestions or other things I'm missing? I know the MiniPac may end up being a waste, but I can always donate that to someone (along with the crappy sticks/buttons). ;D
Thanks,
Chris

Check with Randy but I don't think that the Happ mounting plate will work with the ICE-T trackball. The ICE-T is not a Happ trackball it is an Imperial trackball. If you want a Happ trackball you can purchase the standard Happ Trackball and then purchase the Electric ICE upgrade kit from GGG.
You can get the Happ Trackball with mount from divemaster (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=47066.0) in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum and add the upgrade kit from GGG for about the same price as the ICE-T from GGG. You can also get the U360 sticks and all the standard buttons you want from divemaster. Get your LEDs from GGG, for $.49 each you get the LED and the proper resister for a 5v power source.
Don't forget to get your quick disconnects from GGG as well. You will want them for the connectors on the buttons. While you are at it and since you are getting the ICE-T get a LEDWiz so you can get the full potential of the RGB LED.
TTFN

We used to use the PS/2 Imperial trackballs. We now use the Happ brand instead. The trackball mounting plate works on the Imperials, both 2-1/4" and 3" sizes.

Thanks for the input. You can always count on KT for the low-down on GGG! Sounds like you're not a fan of the "fully loaded" LED buttons from them, though?

You didn't ask anything about the ICE buttons. ;D If you really want to know about them look at the writeup done by Headkaze (http://members.iinet.net.au/~freeaxs/arcade/ledwiz.htm). I couldn't do half as good as he did. If I could afford it I would do the same on my CP has he did on his.
