Hehehe... Love it! Wow; according to Variety:

"In a mid to high six-figure package deal, Picturehouse won rights to distribute the documentary in theaters this summer, while sister company New Line gets remake rights and control of docu distribution rights outside North America.

New Line will fast-track a feature remake, with the original's director Seth Gordon attached to helm the feature version and producer Ed Cunningham set as exec producer on the remake. Beau Bauman will be a producer on the remake."

So sounds like they are making a feature based on the documentary... Will Farrell vs Ben Stiller perhaps...?

I don't know if this works or not found it on another web site.

When the girl says "HELP!" and count the girders going by. After *four* girders have gone by, head for the ladder. If you time it right, you will make it up the ladder.

I can totally picture Will Ferrell in a Mullet doing this movie! Has to be made, because it has $100 million dollars written all over it.

Comedy? No, this is life.

The winner shall be exalted and praised by geeks and nerds the world over. The loser shall fade into obscurity and spend the rest of his life as the man who almost was. Place your bets now. Pick your horse, and lay that money down!

Hey, Mario is past his golden years so he's had to get a side job repairing pc's. Nintendo cut back his salary, you got a problem with that?

Does anybody know when this docu will be available??

I emailed the Producer asking about American Distribution and got....

Quote from: Ed Cunningham
Hi Casey,
Thanks for the note. The film will release in theatres this summer...no
solid date set yet...with DVD to follow, I would think the following spring.
Best,
Ed Cunningham

I can't imagine it will be a nationwide theater release, but I'm sure the DVD will be available online when the time comes.

No. No. No. You're supposed to wait until someone says "Teenage Wasteland."

Then you stride in with the correct answer.  ;)
