Title: mala error

I am trying to install mala on my system.. I am getting this error - anyone have any ideas?

2007/02/23  10:35:31.78   Error: Object Class: TfrmMain, Object Function: ReplacePattern_selected, Exception Class: EAccessViolation, Exception Message: Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 004A189C in Modul 'MaLa.exe'. Lesen von Adresse 00000004

I am using the command line version of mame.exe when asked, and I generated an xml list using mame.exe -listxml > mame.xml

Any help or insight would be most appreciated.

This error occurs when no soundcard is installed or the current soundcard installation is corrupt. Please check your soundcard installation.

Thanks very much!  That did the trick!

Is there any recommendations on resources for Mala configuration and plug-ins?
