Title: New version of MNG2AVI now available

This is a utility to take MAME's -mngwrite and -wavwrite output and make them into a .AVI movie.

The program also detects the attract mode loops.

I think CDBrown may be interested in this program because the MAME intro videos haven't been updated lately.

CAUTION: The -mngwrite option in MAME is broken in v0.107 to v0.111.

Please let me know any problems or issues.
