Title: Wah!Cade 0.18 "Catty And The Major"

Hi all,

It's new, it's mostly untested & it's out!  :D
Changes include:
* support for per-list skins / layouts (<emu-name>-?.lay)
* filters for mame can now be setup in the Setup Editor
* a swedish translation (cheers to daniel nylander)
* better rom & picture filename matching
