LMAO.  I love how the 'problem areas' (nick on the CP and scratch on the speaker) are circled in red.  I took the liberty of circling another problem area...

Well, ugly or not it's a steal right now at $115 for all that stuff!

Yeah. But what's the reserve price? He clearly states that machines LIKE THIS sell for $3000 on ebay. Obviously he's either in denial or delusional.

The sad part is that he has everything EXCEPT a cabinet. That's usually where most of us start.

I'd love to have the components to shove into my empty cab...but not at that price.

Beauty!  What's the cardboard on the CPU for?  (among many other questions that come to mind)

My guess is the purpose is twofold: stability and aesthetics. It really was an inspired stroke of genius to include such a flap.

Yes I should be but got derailed by work this week.  My goal is to have it done Saturday or Sunday.  I'm waiting on the IPAC mount kit and then I have to figure out what's wrong with the Ultimate 4-way.. I made a post about it to make sure I'm putting it together with the right pieces... it just seems clankly and isn't smooth.

I just realized the sheer size of this thing. That loose monitor isn't a 19" like I'd thought just looking at the picture, it's a 25". My 25" monitor is about 22" wide including the frame. by just comparing proportions in the pic, his control panel is more than twice the width of the monitor. The CP has to be almost 4 feet wide!

Man oh man, did I need a good laugh today -- thanks to Knievel and the rest of you for providing such good entertainment.

Now, I only hope my first cab that I will be starting soon (got to find out if I still have a job in 6 months or if I have to move first) will be better-looking than any of these posted (especially that neon MAME cab - now who does that remind me of?  :laugh2:).

I'm still wiping tears off my face...

In the future, promise that you'll never ever post a link that again. Everyone here at work is looking at me funny. I was laughing so hard by the time I got to #4, I had to stop what I was doing and leave the office.

I now know exactly what not to do with my cab.

The auction ended at $406 with the reserve price not met.

I can't help but wonder just how old this guy is or how lazy he must be.

"The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale."

Gee, I guess I shamed him into ending the fiasco early by sending him a link to this forum, hmmmmm ? :)
