Title: Just beat Contra (NES) without dying

So I had to let everyone know this as I've been workign on it for a while.  This has been a goal of mine and I have finally done it.

I've been able to beat the game without using the code for a while now and knew this was the next step.  The closest I've come in the past is only dying 3 times, so this was awesome.  I know you are all very proud of me, as if I was your own child.

Big deal...I beat Contra without dying once and I was standing on my head and looking through a mirror at the time!   ...oh,  did I mention that my dog was holding the base of my joystick for me?

I can't beat it without "the code". Maybe it's because I always relied so heavily on it...

Awesome awesome game...

We almost used to fist fight over that game because someone would hog all the S guns. So lets take a vote.... what was the S gun in your house?
