I am building a wheel that needs four buttons. These two buttons came off a Steering Wheel Horn Button kit from a company called Sparco. The kit is $50. I just need two more buttons and I dont want to spend another $50 for the two little buttons.
Any idea where else I can get them?
They appear to be "push-in" style buttons.
Even if the other buttons are not exact, if they will work then I can just buy four of em.

Timoe.
I recently went into an electrical wholesalers to buy some 'P' clips and found they have some the coolest buttons ever.
I am going to use some some day.
If you haven't tried somewhere like that, I suggest you drop in to have a look.
You never know your luck.
Maybe next time I am in there I will take some pics with my phone and post them up.

Looks like this button to me:

BTW, how do these buttons work for you performance wise? For example, could they work as the fire button in Galaga?

Good spotting Lew.
And a buck 25!

Too small....they would fall right through the original mounting hole.
The whole thing is less than 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
Unless you are building a custom mini-mini machine or something.
