Hey all,
I was just wondering if someone could please post what the underside of one of those sit down cabinet green joysticks looks like, because I've been curious if they're a special japanese joystick, or if they're just wico green controllers.
Another thing, I highly suggest everyone who's into Tron check this out, http://www.bestbuy.com/detail.asp?e=11057831&m=488&cat=544&scat=545 I bought one the other day and got it to work with tron no problems. The reason why it's 9.99 is because the bottom part where it detects everything is made of a cheap plastic, so if you bent it too hard it would break pretty easily, although I'm thinking about getting some sort of ring to reinforce it with. Also this joystick would rule if you had a trackball with it, like that arcade game, The Grid, I haven't tried it with my trackball, but I got it to do strafing in Half Life just fine, you just have to make a joystick.cfg, I can help.

I've got two. I am hacking them onto 8ways for battlezone, smash tv. Since the are right and left hand compatible.

Sirpoonga..........if you have two joysticks then give him the info he needs. I have been reading alot of posts and you always respond the same way, "I have those" , "Been there done that", "Not new idea". Instead of telling people just info on you, why don't you just give them the info they are looking for or don't post for that topic.

Axefreak,
Ummm, did you ever think for a minute that when SirPoonga said "I've got two", that he was referring to the cheap $10 analog stick CLuke talked about in his second paragraph?
I don't know for sure, but that was how I interpreted his reply.

Yeah, SirPoonga was talking about those cheap Raider Pro joysticks, no worries, SPoon is coo.
Well I found the pictures I was looking for at the creator of TVMame32 which I haven't tried out yet's webpage, the picture I was looking for was http://www.trouble-makers.com/kami/emulation/cabs2/R0010029.JPG which is the underside of these controllers, http://www.trouble-makers.com/kami/emulation/cabs2/R0010141.JPG
I didn't take these, and I claim absolutely no right to these pictures. http://www.trouble-makers.com/kami/emulation/main.html is where I found them, TVMame32 sounds really good, I'll most likely use it for my cabinet when I get my cab up and running with the S-Video tv.
-thanx anyways for the advice
