hey guys I already got the no cd crack for HOTD3. But it won't let me launch the game from the exe it makes me launch from an annoying launcher! Anyone know is there something in the registry that I can change to let me play this game without going through the launcher each time. I have it running from mamewah. Both HOTD2 and HOTD3 get ran from there PC shortcut, but it is dumb to have to use mouse/trackball to click on play game to get the game to run.

Your running the exe hod3launch.exe from the games root dir You need to run C:\hod3\exe\hod3pc.exe
I use gameex for my FE but it shouldnt matter, if you run ths file it skips the launcher screen
-
I tried that a couple of times last night, but it said the game must be run from the launcher? How did you get yours to run from the hod3pc.exe?
-
Did you get it to just load the game when you doubleclick on hod3pc.exe. Mine does not do this. Maybe I need to look for another nocd crack that would also get rid of the must be ran from the game launcher message? Any help?

I hate to say it but you should have really searched the forum for the issue. I had this issue come and go with a resolution not even a week ago...

You said it takes a while to load the firs time around. Is that a one time thing, or the first time you load it does it just take long to load. Also after I make the ahk file, do I make it into an exe file, then make a shortcut to the exe. Because MAMEwah will do lnk shortcuts to get PC Games to roll.
-
Yeah for me it seems the first time I run it after any PC startup it takes a few seconds to load and then its good. After that point any opening of it is as smooth as silk...
And yes... create a shortcut link to the ahk-exe. I've also heard of people skipping the exe altogether and just linking to the ahk, but that's just how I did it..

Thanks man made the ahk before I went into work. I will convert it to a exe tonight and all will be good.
