Title: gameEx - mouse

I can't get any answers on the gameEx forums.  I can't get my trackball/spinner recognized in this front end.  I get them recognized in every other front end.  I've hit the tab key to assign the 2 different mouse inputs but they won't change.  I have mouse selected in options of course.  What am I doing wrong?

I'm using mala now and may just stick with it since I have no issues but would like gameEx to work since I registered.
