Title: Mini Pac won't recognize left and right mouse button?

I have a trackball plugged into the Mini Pac - and it works just fine as a mouse with motion - but now the left and right buttons don't work. 

On my keyboard layout, when I hover over the the buttons with the mouse for the ones that are supposed to be left and right mouse, it says 'control not associated with i-pac input.

It worked last night as a mouse... but now it doesn't.  And I have the left and right buttons wired into the mini pac as left and right mouse buttons...

Any ideas?  Help!
