Title: Terry Pratchett's Hogfather (Live Action)
Post by: jbox on January 29, 2007, 12:36:59 am
Any of our former colonial invaders watch this? I haven't watched the whole thing yet (though I have read the books) and so far the only thing I don't like is that Death's voice just doesn't seem to have enough 'echo' to it.

I thought it was pretty good. The voice of Death is a bit disappointing yes, but then the special effects overall aren't of blockbuster quality.

I downloaded a recorded version. It was on TV in the UK.

IMDB Hogfather (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0765458/)
SkyOne Hogfather (http://www.skyone.co.uk/hogfather/)
It played on SkyOne in the UK just before Christmas. My copy is, ahem, purely a backup I am keeping for a British friend. *cough*cough*
