Title: removing TILT from 2-p games

I have several games, like Snow Bros 2, Tetris, etc., where I've noticed that when 2-p play is selected, and as soon as the 2-p stik or buttons are pressed that TILT appears on screen. Other 2-p games are working fine so I don't think there is a problem with the second player controls. Is this something I can remove via the config menus? ANy other suggestions? I can't locate any info online that suggests these games are not working or have this issue.
