Title: Wire - Where to find cheapest ?

Where is the best place (cheapest) to buy wire for a control panel from-

 In like 8 or so different colors ?

I'm a telephone tech so I have a lot of Cat5e and telephone wire. Cat5e comes with 8 wires in it. Only downside is that its not stranded so its not really good for wire that is going to be moved alot. Cat5e Patch cords are usually made of stranded wire.

I also have bulk telephone wire. 25 pair cable. 25 cables and each one a different color. Well actually, combination of two colors like Red with black or white with blue.
