Title: Ultmarc Airmail order shipping times.
Post by: rlemmon on January 27, 2007, 10:46:18 am: Does anyone know about how long it takes for an ultimarc order that was shipped air mail to arrive. I ordered some micro switches for my mag stick ( I smashed one)
It's been a week. I'm guessing air mail would take longer than dhl that they use for most orders. I'm going nuts not being able to play any games. :dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy:

Post by: johnvv on January 28, 2007, 07:15:36 pm: My orders from Ultimarc usually take 2-4 business days all the way to California. If you received a tracking number for the order, try checking that. International shipping can be a bit unpredictable, so don't worry yet. It seems reasonable that you should see them by the end of this coming week.

Post by: RayB on January 29, 2007, 11:55:36 am: Why is this posted to Arcade Misc? And why is this posted at all instead of inquiring with Andy at Ultimarc? Ultimarc's service is usually impecable. No need to "hint" in public that there could be problems.

I was asking what the general wait time for the airmail orders is as they have different transit times than the dhl service they use for most orders.

As for why post at all, um... that's what a messageboard is for. I did;t want to bother Andy until its been awhile longer as I know how busy he is.

Post by: FrizzleFried on January 29, 2007, 06:45:32 pm: I've ordered 3 times from Ultimarc...twice the delivery was via DHL and it took about 4 or 5 business days (which is friggin' kickass). The 3rd delivery I received today...it was sent some special they had which didn't include a tracking number. It arrived in my mailbox as opposed to via a DHL driver. It took just about 2 weeks.
