hello all...
i ordered a bunch of buttons and a trackball mount from these guys on 3/24. got an order confirmation the same day, and paid thru paypal. here we are on 4/3, and my order isn't here yet, nor have i heard anything from them.
how long does GCI usually take to ship? is this typica? thanks in advance.

Believe me, sellers do not mind emails inquiring on order status. I always prefer someone to email me about their order than to post a message in a public forum.
On a semi-related topic that happens to me all the time is that people use "bad" email accounts to order with. By "bad" I mean accounts like Hotmail, Yahoo, or something like that. At least once I week I get order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails returned because their account was over quota or "unknown user" type error. This can be very frustrating, especially when the customer keeps emailing me asking why I won't respond! Grrrr! I don't mean to say that this is the case with you, but I just had to get that out because I just had an email bounced back about an hour ago that I spent a half hour typing up trying help them. :)

They're usually pretty fast. I'd e-mail them about it...

I ordered an I-PAC from them on 3/19 and received it on 3/31 - they were backordered by a couple days and they emailed me to tell me there would be a delay. I'd agree with going ahead and emailing them - they seemed nice enough to me.
