Title: Ultimate Mortal Kombat Bezel In Illustrator
Post by: Smittydc on January 22, 2007, 01:05:18 pm
If anyone's interested, I created a bezel in Illustrator with all of the UMK3 characters and moves:

I didn't list the animalities/babalities (because I think they're kinda stupid), but I did include some of the fatalities from MKII.

The file (11mb) can be downloaded from: http://www.becauseitsfun.com/art/umk3.ai

Thanks to Scott at mamemarquees for a quick and beautiful print job.

look's nice.

but what was the advantage to create it in illsutrator, it's a collage of bitmaps pics. thus no interest and no benefit in vector format.

Zorg - I find it easier to move things around in Illustrator to get the layout I wanted.

I find in Photoshop it's slightly more annoying to move around, resize, and format multiple text blocks, for example -- Illustrator is much more object oriented.

Obviously you could do it in either one...
