How's this game is it worth it ? where can i get MAMe for it if its avail....

It's a brand new game, they won't be in MAME as long as they're still making money for the poeple who do buy them. If you don't want to buy one from Global VR, you'll have to wait at least a few years till they start showing up at auctions. Even then you can expect to pay $3500+ for one.

Linked for you.
That's about $3,000 too much for that game. You can get it brandy-new from Betson for about $4,500

Is it just a really bad picture, or is that not actually a "sit-down" machine as advertised.

How much do you think a new arcade game costs!!!! It's worth it because operators will take vastly larger sums than that running it in an arcade, and manufacturers know what they can get away with.
For example.... In the UK the New "Afterburner Climax" which we had delivered to us this week costs £35,000 that's approximately $70,000 USD. Or "Time Crisis 4" which we've had for about 3 months cost £26,000 that's approx $52,000 USD. Both of those machines will return their investment in approximately a year.

Yea, thats why you seem them in all the convenience stores and new arcades are springing up all over the place! :laugh2:
The only place I ever see any of these new machines is at huge places like Dave & Busters. I'd be the amazed to learn they ever do better than breaking even on their games. They make it up in alcohol sales.
Edit to add: Fozzy, I hope you take this in the good humor it was intended. When I re-read it, I came off like a bit of a jerk (because I am, but I try to behave here).

My wife and I finished that game in roughly 15 minutes. Once you get past the OOH factor of that plasma screen, the game is just another quarter sucker.
I bought an Afterburner Climax once. $15.95 with a little bottle of personal lubricant to go with it. Made a spiffy little gift that kept on giving.

TMI!!

It's a joke, with a ha and then possibly followed up with a second and third ha.

No problemo dude!! I'm a bit of a Jerk myself... Welcome to the club!
Just as an aside...I work as senior maintenance for a large arcade in a seaside holiday town, where we will take that money back in 12 months. The rest of the life of those machines... 3 to 4 years is then pure profit.
