Title: KD-VTCA3 vga to component adapter?

 this adapter is connected to a Sony KV-32HV600 HDTV. i'm using advancemame. when the switches are set to the on position i get overscan. i tried everything to fix it. when i set both switches to the off position i get a near perfect arcade quality picture. but the picture rolls vertical. i tried everything. i'm starting to think its the tv. i'm thinking about getting a cheap non hdtv with component input.
