It is called kiteboarding and it is pretty good therapy. Post here to discuss if you have ever done it or would like to try. I might actually know someone on your neck of the woods that could help you.

I gotta say the shot of me in the Atlantic Ocean was quite possibly the most exciting thing ever! The water was frigid. Skydiving has nothing on Kiteboarding IMO!! Oh and that big giant white wash wave that I'm heading towards that looks like JAWS...It ate me for breakfast. :-[ I ogt that pic too.
