Dig Dug Cocktail Cabinet, good condition. - $50.00 US
Is this a good deal? I am thinking...even if it DOESN'T have the glass it's worth it?
-
It's worth it even if if the cabinet is empty.
-
I'm guessing you mean dig-dug. Yes, that cabinet is worth it.
I am assuming that by nice condition it is fully functional and in decent condition?
If so, then you bastard... ;D

Newest email says "Bad monitor, and no game board...all else in good condition".
I replied asking if the bad monitor comes with it or if it has been removed. It's already been converted evidently as he said the board that came with it is a Rally X but he was selling that seperately...I am guessing that Rally X isn't JAMMA.
Makes it easier to MAME without feeling too bad....

Post some pics. That will help immensely.

I'll post em as soon as I get em.
I already told the guy "SOLD"...gunna go get it this weekend.
Edit: Nice...he says the dead monitor is included...last time I heard that, I got a Dynamo cabinet for $40 with "dead monitor"...a few bucks later and a little time and I have a pretty snazzy 19" monitor.

Bought it.

Nice!!! Good Score for the money. Lots of space in there, and I bet that monitor is an easy fix as well.

Actually Fozzy...because I am a cheap bastard and didn't want to cough up the $165 for an ArcadeVGA/JPAC combo, I am in the process of decasing (actually, I already decased, I am now rigging up a frame) a 15" PC monitor. I already have 2 cabs that are arcade authentic, so it wasn't a big deal to make this decision...plus I can now get another spinner and tempest will look kickass instead of only OK at 640x480 on my arcade monitor.
-
Thats a nice one. I have a great spot for one and hope I can find one some time soon.
-
is a 15" monitor going to fit in there veritcal ? if not tempest is going to be rather small!

Can't argue with that ...
Cheers

Actually...a 15" PC monitor is just about the same size as a 13" arcade monitor. I decased a 17" monitor and with a little work I could actually get it to fit horizontal, but it just wasn't going to go vertical...and it would have been a huge pain in the ass mounting the chassis somewhere, etc. I managed to decase a 15" Dell, which uses a metal bottom pan, which I then rigged a "frame" of sorts and it fits in there just fine.

I'm not crazy for the sticks but please tell me you are going to keep the "pump" labels on those buttons. Great conversation starter when everyone keeps asking what it does.
Great price for a good looking setup there.

:laugh2: Agreed. Keep the labels and make it a Custer's Revenge conversion.

He took the pump labels off and put them on his pants. It's not a conversation starter, it's a conversation ender.
