I don't want to buy the machine. I only want to play it. Arcades are few and far between these days, and I don't know where to find a Killer Instinct in the DFW metroplex (preferably Dallas/north Dallas area). They don't have it at Dave & Busters or Gameworks.
It would be even better if I could find something close the intersection of 75 & 635. That way I could play on my lunch hour. I figure I can stretch out $1 to make it last about an hour (assuming I have people to play against me, and not the computer which sucks up my money after I beat it).
Is there an online database for this sort of thing?

Even if you did manage to find one, the odds of it working 100% is very low.

I still regret having to sell mine while I was still in college. It's just an expensive hobby for a student... :'(
If it's just buttons and joysticks, I'll fix it for them. If it's a dead drive, there's not much I can do about it. First things first. I gotta find one.

For now you can emulate it well in an emulator called u64. It uses hacks and stuff to make it run fast, but I really don't mind. Not the real thing, but it's a fix.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the emulator. I'm looking for something I can play on my lunch hour, though. Can't really put that on a work machine. Plus I love the thrill of whooping perfect strangers, and I'm not gonna be inviting them over to play.

I'm pretty sure Tornado Terry has one, but that's too far away for lunch.

I've been meaning to go check that place out, it isn't that far from me and I've ordered some stuff from him before. I like the pay-a-bit-and-play-all-day setup he has.
