I recieved my control panel kit from MAMEROOM today and im a little confused, none of the holes are completely through the wood, I dont get it, and one of the joystick sides is missing a pre-hole. Im not sure what happened during the processing but I dont think its supposed to be like this.
on a sidenote, Mameroom updated their website with a new look, and raised the price of custom panels to 99$ + $30 shipping.
Anyone know how I can fix this without butchering the top side of the black melamine? would a forstner bit be ideal?

send it back.

Ummm, those top mount joystick holes are WAY wrong. I guess they planned on having you melt the body of the joystick down and squeeze it thru the "UNDER SIDE MOUNT" type hole.
wow...I mean wow.

i think it is upsidedown

it is upside down and what you are seeing is the bottom side of the panel, the top side has nothing but bolt holes showing with none of the holes through the wood.

This line threw me off I suppose.

Scott from Mameroom is going to ship me a new one, it seems mine didnt make it to the quality check process before it shipped

it would defeat the point to cut it out. Its good you will get another one. Stinks that you have to wait.

If he isn't going to have you ship him the screwed up one, would you be willing to sell it to me on the cheap?
