Title: An arcade legend has died, and we missed it ?
Post by: Level42 on January 04, 2007, 01:07:32 pm
Can't believe I didn't read this earlier...not even a posting here ?

Doris Self, one of the best Q*bert players ever (former record holder) died early october 2006 from the injuries of a car accident........feels strange since a couple of weeks earlier I was playing at that same Q*bert cocktail at FunSpot, Weirs Beach.....

She was 81 and trying to regain her title...

All I can say is:         @!#?@!  -  <KNOCKER TOCK>

I remember this being posted here awhile back. She seemed like a really cool lady.
