Title: Touch Screen Monitor

Does anybody know anything about ZYTRONIC TOUCH SCREEN  monitors?  I know they are made in the UK, but are they 50hz or 60hz.  I am looking to buy one, a 15 inch but I don't even know if it comes with a power cord.  May require something special.  I have attached a picture of the one I am looking at.

what you are looking at is NOT A MONITOR
it is a 15 inch touchscreen overlay for TFT monitors with a serial interface.
