http://uk.promotions.yahoo.com/transformers/
It will also be at this site in a few hours if you can't see uk sites for some reason: http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/transformers.html
I was going to add it to the other transformers movie thread, but a quick glance at that and I see it was completely derailed a long time ago.
-
The trailer that you found in the UK was a much better one than the standard one on Yahoo or the Transformers Movie site. This looks like it could be a real good special effects movie.

Thats because its not out yet on yahoo or tranformers movie site yet. If you look at the yahoo link I gave, on the right hand side it has a countdown of when this new trailer is available on the American sites. As of right now there is still about 30 minutes left.

I'm shocked to say that LOOKS AWESOME!......and with Michael Bay the helm...it's sure to be fun. :notworthy:
-
Ok Im completely geeked out about this movie now.
-
Oh damn, I was hoping to see some cool dinner tables ...

Jesus . . . please tell me you're joking. The only way this movie could have a shittier director would be if Uwe Boll was attached. Seriously . . . starting at the bottom it goes Uwe Boll, Michael Bay, then every other director variously. You can't possibly be familiar with Bay's work . . .
-
What, you're not a fan of his crappy overhyped remakes and overblown action movies?
;D
I'm actually curious how The Hitcher will come out...I saw the trailer when I went to see Deja Vu, and just re-watched the original with Rutger Hauer, C. Thomas Howell, and JJ Leigh....what a great film..... :applaud:
-
Yes, he can't possibly be familiar with Bay's work when he is such a fan of Uwe Dik.
-
I like some of Bays work, but I also hate some of his work. The Rock, Bad Boys, and Armageddon were all fun movies. I also enjoyed The Island, but that may have partly been because of Scarlett Johansson.
And no, he is not even close to as bad as Uwe Boll.
-
I just thought I'd mention that this is exactly how the last transformers movie thread went. Next this thread will take a turn and star talking about Star Trek and Bablyon 5. http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=56046.0
-
How did Bablyon 5 end?
Did they ever explain what happened to Bablyons 1-4?
-

I'm with you on that one 8)
-
one through four lol
You mean the thread will transform and start talking about star trek.
-
I think that the trailer definitely looks interesting.
On a related note; I recently watched the animated Transformers movie. Wow! Did that ever suck. Oh, the irony of including Weird Al's "Dare To Be Stupid"...

What? it was a masterpiece...I get all weepy when optimus dies though...not many movies are as poetically magnificent as that film. :P
-
Michael Bay = Explosions, over blown budgets...big effects.....seriously what's there NOT to like? ....I really do like his movies!
I never said I was high brow!
All it needs is a few hot chicks too....and I'll be very very happy.

You suck. No really it is the greatest movie ever about transforming robots. the sound track is good -youve got the touch, hunger, instruments of destruction, and the musical score- then the quotes -ive got better things to do tonight then die, damn you open, s@@t what are we gonna do now, die autobot, guilty or innocent?innocent feed him to the sharkticons
and the transformations were so much better-they animated better and robots died. optimus died for your sins.
it was awesome and still is awesome. it was the most watched movie when i was a kid and still is. ive seen it more times then ive seen anyone of the star wars movies.

Were you frothing at the mouth as you typed this? ::)
-
It wasn't his mouth.
-
:laugh2:
no i wasnt either way but i was kinda disappointed in you. i just really like the movie.
unless by Did that ever suck.
you meant it as a question then i apologize to you sir.
otherwise i fail to see how it is bad.
-
Nope, it was a statement. Difference of opinions. No worries.
I don't mean to derail the thread, although it still is a discussion about The Transformers. ;)
-
the clip looked fantastic!
-
Never got into this stuff when I was little. They showed the trailer tonight before Rocky Balboa.
Looks much "darker" than I expected and I didn't know Spielberg was producing.
Should be a big hit but I'll pass.
