Title: PC PS Forcefeedback to Arcade Hack??

My search-foo sucks.  Not too long ago I found a link to someone who had interfaced a PC to a arcade FF wheel using somekind of amplifier to up the signal to the motor.  I of course lost the link and various searches have turned up empty.  I would like to try something like this and also think it would be great on the Wiki.  Anyone point me in the correct direction?
