I guess whoever made the hack wanted the main characters to get the most screen time..

eBay's gonna start having a field day before long.  Some people have been squeezing translated SNES games past them lately  as well.

I haven't played with these yet.... but this supposedly has that Tapper/Simpsons hack in it. (I think)

I guess that does look like Moe....

Hey, check out my thread on the problem I'm having with MAME and my monitor. When I start a game in MAME, the monitor goes all fuzzy. When I unplug the monitor and plug it back in, it works. The monitor is a Wells Gardner U3100 19 inch. It does this when the desktop comes up on Windows, too.

Any way we can rename those files so regular MAME thinks its regular Tapper?

IT WORKS!!!!

They didn't change all graphics though. The mugs say "Duff", but the backgrounds still say "Budweiser". Dancing girls and cheerleaders are also still original. A couple graphics are poorly drawn and sometimes "white" characters appear "black".

Just rename it tapper.zip and ignore the rom errors.
