I am 99% sure Hong Kong has the same 220V power supply as Oz.
Have a look on the power supply and monitor to see if you can see what voltage it is.
If its 220-240V, cut the plug, wire a new one on and plug it in!

how much?????? and what state in Aus??
That will make a sweeeeeet jukebox

I'm sure you're right...my UK (~240v) stuff works in Aus...and I just bought a DS from Hong Kong and it has a UK style plug (& is 220v).
But I agree, look for a voltage sticker somewhere before you plug it in!

Paid $122 for it in melbourne but $200 to get it sent to brisbane,
Yeah it says 220v on the power plugs so ill just cut em off an put aussie plugs on.
Cheers fellas, ill post some pics after i finish the project, ill make a new control panel an repaint it make a light box logo n stuff...

220v will work with Aussie power outlets. I have a few power supplies and such from Europe and other 220-240v countries and they all work flawlessly.

well to me that looks just like a regular computer you can probably just pull the cable out of the back of the ps, and plug in an au pc power cable and run with it
most likely the same with the screen
but make sure the voltage is right. I would not go hacking up the cables.
