Title: Jamma harness - Valuable or scrap wire?
Post by: Borkunit on December 11, 2006, 01:44:09 pm
I have a jamma harness that came with the cabinet that I am converting to MAME.

Does this have any value?  Would it be useful to other people in the hobby?  Or are they common enough that I might as well recycle it for wire to wire up my MAME controls?

If it's useful to people I'd sell it to someone in need, but that's kind of a pain (finding buyer, etc.) I'd just as soon use it as scrap wire.

So, what is the right thing to do?  What's it worth?

Thanks in advance.

it's worth about $19. bucks. I wouldn't retire yet.

Ok, thanks!  I didn't even realize that they still made these.  Scrap wire it is.

They are up all the time on ebay and noone bids on them. You could always put it up in the BST forums and see if anyone will make you an offer for it.

Thanks for the offer, but its actually worth more to me as wire for my cab.

You're probably better off getting one new, as I can't verify that this one is 100% functional.
