Title: Replacment CD available?

Hi,

While waiting for my components to turn up I thought I would buy the book to read.

I just went to get the CD out to have  a browse and I noticed that it is cracked in half! It is stills sealed in the pouch, though it looks like someone has tried to slice it open.

I have sent an email to the supplier to see if they an replace it but I am not sure how that will go. Is it possible to download the CD from somewhere?

I can offer proof of purchase/scan the CD etc to prove that I have bought the book.

Any help appreciated
