If you just bought it two days ago, return it.

im trying newegg does not want to take it back, & the manufacture wants me to ship it to them for repair or I have to pay for a upgrade model since I found out this model is no longer available.

That's pretty much what happens when you order through a site like newegg.  Since you're going to want to have this for a while, ship it back to the manufacturer, or ask them if they have any local authorized repair shops.  Don't do anything to it yourself and void your warranty.

Tell Newegg to take their junk back or you will dispute the charges.  They will take it back.

PS: I love Newegg and use them all the time...but their dead pixel policy is just downright ludicrous...i'd NEVER purchase an LCD from them because of it.
