I found it very helpful.  For anyone who is interested in learning about Illustrator10, or vector artwork in general, check it out here:

I need to second this thanks.  I've been meaning to learn Illustrator, and even though I've just started skimming through this, it looks perfect.  Great writing style too, BTW ("SNK vs Capcom Marvel in Tights Alpha 2 Champion World Wheaties Edition" had me laughing).
