Title: Bestest Cheapest 19" Standard Res Monitor

Can anyone point me in the direction of the bestest "cheap" 19" standard res monitor...preferably vertical or universal mount....

I thought I recently saw a post for one for $135.00?!?

I may need one if I can't get the one I have to work right.
