Title: Mala and screen rotation?
Post by: Dave Wave on December 05, 2006, 02:06:30 pm
I have a rotating monitor in my cab and  want to configure Mala with both a horizontal and vertical menu. However when use the vertical config, all of the text is running vertical (not horizontal) ie the text is not changing orientation and is not positioned where I had set it in the layout. Mala is configured for the vertical mode and when it launches, the logo and background are oriented correctly, but the text is running vertical. Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks

It looked like you were trying to make a vertical setup using part of a Horizontal base somehow?

The layout file was a bit of a mess for some reason.  :dunno

So rather than try and repair it (as you said it was unfinished anyway) .....

.....The fast fix was to start a new layout, switch it to vertical mode (see attached pic) and then add your background pic etc..

have fun  ;D

Loadman,

That did the trick...thanks for the help. I guess something must have been corrupted in all of my edits and saves.

Thanks again,

-Dave
