Title: Picture Issue

Hello,
My picture is not 100% square....I have attached these pics so you can see the problem....the picture from the top is sliding a bit down from left to right as you can see 1p and then 0000000.There is a little decline in the picture or may be you can say the corners are lapover and the mid portion isn't completely filling the screen.It is visible on bottom left too in the screen and also on top left.Can anyone help me on solving this issue ....

And the make & model of the monitor in question is...????

My chassis is kortek ktm-20

and I have a samsung Picture tube A48KRD82XO2


Along with the picture issue mentioned above...there is 1 more problem but it doesn't seem to be visible during the game but when there is no game plugged in ....there are these very light black lines on the left side of the screen you can see that in the picture attached.Any Idea Mr. Ken about these lines .....
