Title: 720 MAME in an original 720 cab?

Well, I don't play 720 myself, but one of my best friends has a 720 cab that fell over in his move so the hood part is mangled up. He wants a mame machine in that shell, but only if it can play 720 perfectly. He has the optical joy and such, but I'm no expert on clone systems. I said I'd ask for some prelim advice, what he'd need to do, etc.  Thanks much
