Title: 8-way 4-way 2-way joystick?

Wasn't there a joystick out there that you mounted plates on to mechanically restrict the rod, so that you could even cap on a Qbert plate? I could have sworn that you just had to bolt on the plate you wanted for the day, but I can't find anything like that now....anyone know what I am talking about?

Oscar controls (http://www.oscarcontrols.com) used to have restrictor plates that attached to the top of the control panel, but he seems to have moved on to other things.

I use two of them in my CP, but I dunno about a Q-Bert restrictor plate though.
