Title: Can't find the thread

I read a thread recently in which somebody posted a lighted button which was rectangular, oriented vertically and had an inlaid graphic which looked like a coin reject button with slot.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about?  I have a friend that I'm currently helping build a cab and I would love to get my hands on that graphic.
