Im trying to replace my LM1877 (Sound Chip) on my PAC-MAN board.
According to the PAC-MAN manual it goes in 10-A
I see every location on the board except 10-A ?
Can anyone please give me a visual as to where this location is on the board?
I've looked the board over like 50 times! >:(
Thanks in advance! :)

The sound circuitry (at least the amp portion) is in the upper left hand corner of this photo. If I had to wager a guess, I'd say something to do with the sound would be there.

Thanks Peale,
But your picture is not showing up.
Man i tell you i have looked over this board 60 times now.
I can't find 10-A
I see everything else the manual is pointing out! >:(

Found it !!!
It is behind that Big Metal Sheild thing ?
I looked in the manual, And it has a drawing of the board.
It shows a picture of the chip without the shield on top of it.
Thanks, Peale!

Probably have to cut and paste the link to get it to show up.

That a question? The shield isn't a shield...it's a heat sink.
