Title: Ideas for a YDKJ cabinet?

I'm designing my MAME cab and I'm curious if anyone has made their cab have specific support for YDKJ. I'm not just talking about one of the standard buttons working with the various keys, but setting buzzers like one sees on game shows? Anyone worked with these? Are they easy to work with and where might one get them?

Oh and by YDKJ I mean You Don't Know Jack the popular trivia game by Sierra.
